AI Punter is operated by Trinity Technologies (Joseph Yaw Agyeman, sole trader), Tema, Ghana. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

These providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Subscription records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Session tokens expire after 90 days.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Deletion removes your profile, session records and entitlement records within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records for tax purposes, are kept for the statutory period and nothing more.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address above. We respond within 30 days.
AI Punter is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Session tokens are stored as hashes, so a database breach would not expose usable credentials.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
