1. What AI Punter is

AI Punter publishes football predictions and analysis. It is an information and opinion service.

AI Punter does not take bets, hold funds, process wagers, or operate as a bookmaker. We have no commercial relationship with any betting operator, and the app contains no links to betting sites.

2. You must be 18 or over

By using AI Punter you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that accessing this kind of content is lawful where you live. Gambling laws differ by country and it is your responsibility to know the rules in yours.

3. Predictions are opinion, not fact

Our predictions are generated by a statistical model that analyses form, head-to-head records, squad news and goal trends, and are reviewed before publication. They are informed opinion — not statements of fact, guarantees, or financial advice.

No prediction service can tell you the outcome of a football match. Our published track record shows past results only. Past performance does not indicate future results, and you should assume that following our picks may lose you money.

4. Your own decisions

Any bet you place is entirely your decision and your responsibility. We accept no liability for money lost as a result of using the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Subscriptions

Punter Pro is sold through Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation.
It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel any time in Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy, not by us.

6. Free and paid content

We publish a slate of picks daily. Part of each day's slate is free; the remainder is for Punter Pro subscribers. We may change how many picks we publish, the leagues covered, or the format at any time. We will not reduce what subscribers receive without notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not redistribute, resell, republish or scrape our premium picks. Premium content is licensed to you personally. Accounts found sharing premium content may be terminated without refund.

8. Availability

We aim to publish daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Fixtures get postponed and systems fail. No refund is owed for a day without picks.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

11. Responsible gambling

If betting has stopped being entertainment, please step away and seek support from a responsible gambling service in your country. Set limits before you stake, never chase losses, and never bet money meant for something else.
